The conference is planned to include plenty of time for informal socializing
and networking. Lunches and breaks will be leisurely, and evenings will include
options for dining as a group or on your own.
We will kick off the meeting with a Sunday night welcome reception,
where meeting participants can begin to get acquainted and to renew old
friendships.
The Tuesday night poster session will include a light buffet supper.
The mid-conference field tour on Wednesday will combine magnificent
mountain scenery with a look at the production fields and processing facilities
of the local native seed industry. We will finish the day with a dutch oven
cookout in a scenic  location.
The meeting will culminate in the Thursday night
banquet, where we will be presenting awards and
celebrating successes.
